What I’m enjoying the most is that its not a difficult plan to understand and something I believe I can carry on and make my new life style. Yes I have had to make changes to my diet and some days are harder but it is possible. The plan is not just about my diet it is also making me look at other parts of my life and making me take time for myself and reducing my stress levels.

“Krista reviewed my diet and general health with me and provided dietary advice, following a gluten free and anti inflammatory diet.
It did take a while to switch out certain foods and get used to re-thinking what I eat, however it was very much worth while.
After 6-8 weeks I was able to go out with my family and enjoy a meal out, ordering appropriately meant I really enjoyed my meal and that hasn't happened in a long time.
