Diagnosed with IBS in my early 20’s, I constantly felt sluggish, bloated, and my acne was out of control. I also began to experience severe PMS, particularly anxiety and low mood.

Although I was given a diagnosis, there was no one pill which could ‘fix me’ or any explanation as to why I was experiencing these symptoms. I started doing my own research which led me to discover the benefits of nutrition.

My interest grew quickly and I started to make small changes to my diet and lifestyle and saw a drastic difference in my symptoms. Keen to learn more, I decided to further my studies in Nutritional therapy.

Nutritional therapy taught me that our body systems are all interlinked; it became so clear that my IBS was contributing to my acne and PMS. Once I addressed my IBS, my acne and PMS also improved.

This is how I work in my clinic today. I help get to the root cause of each individuals symptoms which means there is often a different protocol for the same condition. Why? Because we all different. Genetics, environment, stress, medication can lead to imbalances in the body, and it’s my job to help restore that balance.
